Account deletion

Delete your LITT Live account

You can ask us to delete your LITT Live account and the data tied to it at any time, in either of these ways:

  1. In the app. Sign in to LITT Live on your phone, tablet or computer, open your Dashboard and tap Delete Account at the bottom. It opens an email to us that is already filled in, so all you need to do is send it.
  2. By email. Write to info@littlive.com with the subject "Account Deletion". Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can tell the account is yours.

What we delete

  • Your account: name, email address, password and profile details
  • Your favorite stations and presets
  • Your sign-ins on every device, and any linked Sonos or Roku devices
  • Event tickets, promo codes and contest entries tied to your account
  • Podcasts you follow and your listening progress

What we keep

  • A record that the deletion was carried out, with the account's user ID, email address and name, so we can show we did it.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel LITT Live Premium. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there first so you aren't charged again.
